Counseling Services
Marriage Therapy & Couples Counseling
Strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate life together.
I work with couples of diverse backgrounds, orientations, and religious beliefs. My approach is informed by extensive couples and relationship training, including Gottman Method Level 1 and Gottman Trauma and Betrayal training.
Counseling for Parents & Caregivers
Experienced counseling for parents and caregivers raising neurodivergent children, including children with autism and ADHD, as well as children with disabilities. Parenting in a world that is not always designed for your child—or your family—can be exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming.
Counseling offers a supportive space to process joys and challenges, manage caregiver burnout, and reconnect with your own needs while continuing to advocate for those you love.
Counseling for Individuals
Counseling to help navigate life’s challenges, including burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Together, we’ll work to deepen insight, reconnect with what matters most to you, and create meaningful change.
